Back on 6/25/2019 part of the post was about a purchase we made at a local farm type store. The swing seemed nice, and since they were willing to give us a discount we bought the swing. There was a piece that was not as it should be, and we called the manufacture to get a replacement item. They said 7 to 10 days for delivery.
We received the part 9 days later and I took it to the garage and opened the item. It was the wrong item. I again called the lady and she said they were sorry, they must have sent the wrong part. She said she would see to it herself, that they send the correct part this time. Again, it will take 7 to 10 days to get here (the holiday will add to the delivery time).
Summer may be over before we get to use the swing, if we get to use it.
