Yesterday was kind of a do-nothing day for the Don. I guess when I think about it, most days are a do-nothing day for me. I have a tendency to ignore certain things, now that is not putting things off, that is just ignoring, you know, like the thing or project isn’t there. I ignore things for a while, but when I jump in and do them, I wonder why I had ignored the thing or project. It isn’t that things are difficult to do, I just ignore them.
Allow me to present something more interesting, he said, as if he had something interesting. I had the TV on for a few minutes and the first thing I saw was someone singing. Now I did not have the sound on, so I do not know what type of music it was. It irritates me that on Friday each week the so-called news always has someone singing. Now that I have used the term so-called news, I doubt that any of those programs are considered as news. They are all one-sided programs (for one political party or the other) so most people listen to the program that fits their view.
I don’t want to listen to either side! If I listen to the opposing side, I become irritated, if I listen to what I consider my side, I become bored.
Ole senior people, you just can’t please them!
I need to go outside and check the flowerpots and see if they are getting dry or not. We haven’t had any rain for a couple days now, at least not enough to help, so I will water if necessary.
We have two black berry plants in pots, that I assumed would not survive, they seem to be doing ok. If they continue looking good for a week or so, I will be ready to give them away.
My front yard needs to be mowed; it is getting tall. The recent rains, and I believe cooler temperatures, have helped most of the plants, and for sure the jasmine vines. The acorns this year are very small, unlike years past. I have a friend who likes to harvest the acorns and use them at the dear lease. I am not sure if we will be able to harvest these small acorns. Photo to follow.
My favorite wife and I were setting outside yesterday afternoon, enjoying talking about everything and everyone, when I was able to get a couple photos. One is of the cat Molly, she was again laying on her back trying to catch a short nap, the other is of the moon, you have to look close to see the moon.
Well, I might try to not ignore to many things or projects today. We hope you have a good day.
Ignore or put off?

May today be better than your best day, but not as good as tomorrow!
