Have you ever been mooned? In the olden days if one was mooned, that meant someone had dropped their pants and showed there behind to you, then you were mooned.

Tres and I were both mooned during our early morning walk, and I have a photo. The photo was taken over our homestead and under the tree. Yes, that is a different type of mooning!

Also, during this walk, the Tres and I heard music playing and it was getting louder. Then we saw this man walking toward us, and the sound was coming from him. It was as if he had loudspeakers on his body, but we did not see anything. If his phone, which we did not see, was playing that loud, it must have had a big speaker on it.

Another odd thing during our early morning walk today, it was dark, the sun was not coming up, it was dark! The streetlight at the corner was providing some light and I again noticed a Robin on the neighbor’s yard hopping around. Birds do not fly in the dark, and I have seen this bird, or one that looks like him several mornings. He seems to be taking advantage of the light from the streetlight looking for breakfast. He/she did not seem to mind me and Tres walking by.

I have a plan for this morning which includes attempting to knock down some of the weeds in the ditch behind the house. When I go out there Tres gets all excited and feels the need to investigate the ditch before I start. I give him a couple minutes in the ditch then he goes back into the yard, and I start trimming.

I would like to also note, I have jeans on this morning. There are two reasons, one is it is actually cool outside (69 degrees) and two the jeans keep the weed trimmings off my legs when running the string trimer.

Hopefully after the difficult work load this morning, I will be allowed to take a shower.

Well, I guess that is it for now, we hope your day is productive and safe.

Weed trimming, not fun!

May today be better than your best day, but not as good as tomorrow!
