                It is a Sunday morning here at the Ford Homestead, and we wish you a good morning or good day depending on when you look at this post.

                Yesterday was a kickback day, we did go out for breakfast and after breakfast we went on into Waco to the cheap store where I purchased a couple small boxes of decaf coffee. Returning home we didn't do much outside. We looked at some of the flower plots to see what we had, but we didn't replant anything. Later in the day we did sit out on the front porch for a while until I realized it was time to feed our dog so I went and fed him and after feeding the dog we decided we'd go out and set in our other outside place which is near the driveway.

We did start the big fan to get a little breeze. As we were sitting outside a friend came over and we started talking with her and learned that she had been moving furniture and getting moved into a new apartment all day. She noted that she was thirsty and had nothing to eat today. We were able to provide her with water and some food.

Speaking of moving, the family that lived on the corner across from us has evidently moved completely out as we have not seen any of them over there lately.

Today being Sunday, we will likely go out for lunch at the cracker store and after that no real plans. They say it's going to be cloudy today so that might make it a little bit cooler and if so, my favorite wife might want to try to repot a plant.
