Good morning to all, we seem to be having a good start to the day here at the Ford homestead.
We had a very good day yesterday, our granddaughter Gabi gave us a BlackBerry cobbler that she had made, and it was really good. We went out to lunch with the family, all were there except for David, and he wasn't feeling well. He had a fever and decided to stay home. Lunch was good, a lot of interesting discussions during lunch and then we returned back to the house and sat around and talked about things.
The only real work I did yesterday, if you want to call that work, was to water the potted flowers. I do have a couple of photos 1 is of some flowers that are blooming, and the other is of a place where my grandson who mowed my yard missed an area that he didn't mow.
My favorite wife and I sat outside yesterday afternoon even though it was very hot. I had a fan blowing on us to try to help keep us cool. While we were sitting outside a fellow mowed our neighbor's yard and our neighbors out of town. We kind of watched to see what he was doing, he did a really good job.
I guess that's all for now. We hope you all have a good day and everybody stays safe and all we do.
Blooms are big. Don the Ford
