August 6, 2025

Well, I have started another day early this morning, I got the boy dropped off at school safe and sound although he's all tired from the training workouts that they've been doing. When I was leaving to go get Alex this morning, I noticed in the sky there's one big star, our planet, very bright and then another one close to it which is I would say normal size. I assume the big one is a planet that's close to us.

Allow me to say good morning, we hope everybody is going to have a good day.

Let us see yesterday: I mowed the front yard yesterday, and I mowed it at a new angle. Normally I have three different directions that I would mow, each week mowing in a different direction, but yesterday I tried a different direction, and I have a photograph of the lawn mower facing in the direction that I mowed.

To the one person who is looking at the photograph, if you look to the left of the lawn mower you see areas that I've mowed to the right you can see the grass before it's been mowed and I'm mowing on an angle instead of straight up and down. I did get the yard mowed, I did get everything trimmed, I did get all the grass blown out of the street and it looks pretty good for an old senior person's work. I should say that I have put the new air cleaner on the walk behind mower, and it starts easier and really runs nice for an old lawn mower. I do have a second photograph it is a selfie of me standing in front of some blooms.

I was able to get Alex home safe and sound after football practice yesterday, even though my lunch was about 45 minutes later than normal. I was able to survive.

My favorite wife and I sat outside yesterday afternoon. We didn't need the big fan, but we had a small fan working for us. One of our neighbors dropped by on her way home and talked with us for a little while and then she headed home, and it was just me and my favorite wife sitting there in the quiet neighborhood trying to relax our old senior bodies.

Today I have very little in the way of plans.

Well, I guess I will stop for now. We hope you have a very good day and that we all stay safe in everything we do.

May today be better than your best day, but not as good as tomorrow.
