We are starting out with a dry good morning, and we are told we will likely have a wet afternoon. That is why our lawn sprinklers system is turned off. We have asked Alex to come over and mow the back yard if the rain stays away this morning.
As I sit here looking at the monitors of our security cameras, I see our cat Molly out on the front porch checking things out. Almost every morning and evening cats from down the street come up to our yard to check things out. Molly is not a fighting cat, but she will try to take care of her property.
Yesterday was a kickback take it easy and do almost nothing day again the main thing we did was to go out to supper and the food was very good. We were able to get a handicapped parking spot right in front of the door at the restaurant. A young lady come to our table to take our order and about two or three minutes later the same young lady came back and said by the way they told me to go work on the other side and someone else will be taking care of you. The food was very good, the cold drinks were good, and we enjoyed our time there. We made it home safely afterwards.
Back at home even though it was excessively hot outside we did sit outside for a while yes; I had the big fan on even though occasionally there was a nice breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, there wasn't much going on, and the birds were making noise, but the neighborhood was again quiet.
I assume if you watch TV for a while you have noticed that many of the commercials right now are for things for Father's Day. They keep going over the same things for Father's Day something to clean your grill with or, to buy a new grill so you can cook outside or, those mats that go inside your car to keep your floors clean, all that exciting stuff. As you all should know I, do not like commercials whether on the radio or on TV, I turn the sound off, I pay for the TV and the Radio, why do I have to get commercials.
As I stated earlier, we hope to get Alex over here before the rain comes, and get the backyard mowed and get him back home safe and sound. No other plans for the day, not planning to go anywhere, maybe if I look around, I might need to go to the grocery store, we'll see.
We hope everybody has a real good day; stay safe in all you do.
I'm going to get off here and rest from all of this data entry.
Mr. Donnie the Ford
