September 22, 2024

It is a good morning and I will attempt to show you one of the reasons why. In the following photo you might understand that we now have the light over the garage door working again. Our yard man “Alex” climbed the ladder and installed the light bulb. This light has the same kind of orange color as the street light on the corner.

When you review the photo, you might notice the pot hound Tres in the left side of the photo. He tries to get into every photo.

Our yard man “Alex” also mowed and trimmed the front yard, and he mowed and trimmed the areas in the back 40 that needed attention. While he was doing that, I was working on getting the bench that holds the moon plant, (it is called moon plant because it blooms at night and the bloom goes away during the day), installed in dirt that would hole it and the moon plant in a level manner. Alex and I together placed the large potted plant on the bench.

The photo isn’t very bright, the sun was not shining when I took this photo.

After all that work was completed and the tools put away, Alex and I washed up and cooled off for a while before we headed into town for lunch. Lunch at the sandwich shop was good and time spent with Alex was very good. After eating we went to the cheap store to review the inventory. We did not purchase anything.

We did get Alex home safe and sound with enough time for him to rest up, take a shower before heading off to go bowling with some friends.

That is about all we did yesterday, we did sit outside for a while enjoying the time together. We hope everyone has a good Sunday, please be nice to everyone and stay safe in all you do.

May today be better than your best day, but not as good as tomorrow!
