                Good morning again and it is another cool morning but should be a nice warm afternoon.

Let’s see if I did anything yesterday: Nope, it was another do-nothing day. I had a thought lately, and I know what you are thinking, “the Don has thoughts”? Yes, I do occasionally have a thought and that one thought was, “I should do some things differently”. Now with that in mind, I have changed one of those things. I have for a long time finished the blog and then took a short nap before starting my bible study homework. Yesterday I finished the blog and without a nap started the bible study homework, and the change in habits was ok.

After a short rest period I went to the backyard and worked on removing a bunch of dead stuff out of the number 2 Berry bed. I don’t remember how many times I said ouch, I worked until 11:00 and there are still more dead to remove.

Back in the house I cleaned up my ole body, and my favorite wife and I went into town where we had a quick lunch. We stopped at one store on the way home and purchased a couple items.

Back at home we did very little for a while. I did my exercises for my ankle and that completed I set up the two benches in the back yard that we use when washing the dog. My favorite wife and I did team up and wash the dog. He does smell better.

Dog washed, we went through the items on the back porch, and all of them needed to be cleaned. We do not use the back porch, so it gets little attention. I plan on cleaning it today, sweeping, and washing with the pressure hose. Heck if I clean it we might use it. The gas grill has not been used for a long time, so I need to clean and check it out too.

All that work completed we then went to the front porch and did nothing for a couple hours. The neighborhood was quiet as usual but there was noise from outside the neighborhood like sounds from noisy vehicles and loud motorcycles. Speaking of sounds, someone has a rooster that I could hear crowing yesterday and the day before. We noticed that we did not see any drones yesterday. When we sit on the porch we can’t see much of the sky, so we don’t see the planes as they fly over.

                Today: clean the back porch.
