Well, I guess it could be a good morning, but I am not sure how good the day will be as we may have storms starting about noon. We wish you a good morning and a good day.
Yesterday was a good day for us here at the Ford homestead, I got Alex to school safely and on time, I did get a cup of real coffee, and I did my daily bible reading. I did also mow the front yard and trim the edges; I even swept the excess clippings up from the street. The rest of the day was a take it easy and do very little day. I did read from the chronological bible and that is interesting as it has all the same info from the regular bible but in a chronological order. I guess reading from both bibles is kind of like double dipping.
We had a friend come over yesterday afternoon and we had some lively conversations, some of which were about the bible. She has challenged me to look up a name of a person from the bible that we talked about but none of us remember the name.
I just looked at the security monitors and I see it is now raining a little. I hope I don’t melt when I go outside, you know I am as sweet as sugar.
I had thought about pulling some weeds today but with the rain I guess I will stay inside.
It seems as if we have several flowers that have yellow blooms, and I have another photo of a different flower with a yellow bloom.
We have some plants that are called moon plants, they get that name as they bloom at night. I have seen two buds that may turn into blooms tonight.
Our cat molly has come into the house and is laying on the rug behind me. Molly don’t like storms and I assume she knows that we will likely be having storms as the day progresses, so she is inside and staying close. Tres will do the same thing as soon as the thunder starts, I will likely have Tres under the old desk and Molly on the ole desk staying close to me if and when the storms occur.
Well, I guess I will stop, and get started, that is stop this and get started going to get Alex, we hope you have a good day and please stay safe in all you do.
