I am awake and it is a good morning here in Hewitt.
This morning I went to the ole closet to get a long-sleeved pullover shirt as Alex and I plan to work outside this morning. Finding a red shirt, I took it from the closet and put it on my ole body, but it did not fit. I looked at myself in the mirror and I thought, “this hansom old man has a shirt on that does not fit”. I decided that this shirt was not mine and it was my favorite wife’s shirt. Returning to the closet I did find a pullover shirt that did fit me.
Alex is scheduled to come over today and help with some yard work and some decorations. In preparation for this work I did need to go to the ole shed and attempt to find and remove a couple decorations that my favorite wife wants us to display in the front yard.
To get to these decorations this ole senior person first needed to remove a couple items from the shed, I will provide a photo of said items. I should also say that there are many more items in the shed that were not removed but a few will need to be accessed later.
I then took the two large red and white boxes to the garage and then I was required to replace all the items that you see back into the shed.
Now I haven’t told you of all the work I was forced I mean allowed to do inside the house prior to going to the shed and that was “scrub the carpet in the dining room”. I did not need to get on my hands and knees to do the work as we have a machine that does that. Now I had never used said machine, so it was a learning process for me. We did move and remove several items prior to the cleaning, and these will need to be replaced today.
Well, I guess you know all there is to know about the ole Fords of Hewitt, so I will stop for now. We do pray that you will have a blessed and safe day. We will keep you in our prayers.
Donnie the hard-working Ford?
