Good morning from us to you, we hope everyone has a good day.
Nothing exciting happening here at the Ford homestead. We sat outside for a while yesterday afternoon in the warm sun and while we were out there a couple of neighbors dropped by. It was noted that since we are all older people the topics of our conversations were mostly about aches and pains or medicines.
Our favorite granddaughter has her birthday tomorrow; she will be 19 years old. We do not know if they have a party planned for her or not but if they do, we will not be able to go.
I do need to go to the store today and get a few things, I have made a list and hope to be able to find the items.
Different topic: I get tired of seeing the same things on the TV every day. Now part of this is that when I am doing nothing other than sitting there, I watch too much so-called news and they do repeat the same topics. One channel will show something that is breaking news and later in the day we see the same breaking news. It is only breaking the first time they show it.
Well, I think I will stop for now and make a cup of coffee then get on the ole recliner and watch the news on TV.
