I got up a little earlier this morning than usual, but it is still a very good morning even though it is 44 degrees outside.
Speaking of cool temperatures, my favorite wife and I decided to sit outside yesterday afternoon in the cool and very windy weather. Prior to heading outside my favorite wife went into the closet and found her leather jacket. She did wear the jacket while we sat outside, and I had a sweatshirt on.
Seeing as how my favorite wife always thinks it is cold in our house I did activate the furnace yesterday afternoon. I guess it is working as it is not too cold in the house this morning.
With the coming of the cool and cold weather we will need to move the flowerpots into the so-called hot house. We will need to see if the heat lamp still works and find the heater that we use on very cold days. Since that requires physical labor, I will attempt to get Alex to come over and do all the heavy work.
Speaking of Alex, their school is having a concert tonight and he plays a violin in the orchestra. We must purchase tickets to see this musical event. We understand it will be Halloween themed, and the music is said to be from an ole movie.
Also, their school is not having classes tomorrow. I don't know why they are not having school could it be due to Halloween.
Big plans for today; take Alex to school, do nothing for a while, do the bible study homework, go out for supper, then go to the concert. Wow what a busy day, ole people never get any rest.
Speaking of rest, I think I will stop for now and get some rest. We hope you have a restful day and that everyone stays safe in all we do.
