Good morning to you but I should say goodnight as I got up this morning at 4:00 and left the house at 4:30 to go get my favorite grandson for football practice. For some reason their practice starts at 5:00 today so I had to have him over at school before 5:00 AM. As I sat here at the computer talking to myself, I looked at the security cameras and it is nighttime everywhere. There was a large beautiful full moon this morning that was neat to see.
I'm sitting here trying to remember what I did yesterday, did I do anything? I did go to the skin doctor yesterday and as usual she likes to cut on me, she took a specimen to see if I have skin cancer again. I've had skin cancer a couple times and probably will the rest of my life.
Alex rode with me out to the doctor's office and sat in the waiting room while I went in for my check up, and we did stop and get him some lunch on the way home.
Back at home I did very little I did go out and water the potted plants as it was hot, I checked some of my blackberries and I see I've got a lot of work to do in them, that is removing the dead and trimming them up a little bit, and there is a bunch of weeds and grass that needs to be taken out.
My favorite wife and I went out for supper yesterday, the food was good service was very good. Returning home we set outside in the heat with the big fan blowing on us.
My plans for today are really not my plans, they're more Alex's plans. After football practice which he gets out at 9:00 today, he wants me to take him and one of his friends into Waco to a place where they like to explore, it is called Jacobs Ladder. When they get done with their exploring (they call it hiking) I would need to go pick them up and take them home, which kind of ties my day up. I had thought that I would mow the backyard today but having to go get him and come back and then pick him up again and all that just changed my schedule completely.
Well, I will call it quits for now we hope you have a good day, be safe in all you do while trying to be positive and happy about things.
