Giving you "The Bird" 07.21.15

                This cardinal, (aka red bird) is the father to a baby bird that was hatched in our rose bushes.

Below we see Dad and Baby together, on an unused trash can at our shed. Papa was feeding the baby. Mom may have had enough of the kid, and flew the coop. (Did you get the play on words?)

Below we see dad explaining how to fly and that, “cats are bad”. Note, the baby is paying attention.

It was too hot to do anything other than, bird watching.
